01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MinuteMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
02.Description of Service
MinuteMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for short-term use. Mailboxes are created on-demand, receive emails in real-time, and are automatically destroyed after a user-selected duration (5–60 minutes).
The Service is designed for legitimate temporary email needs such as account verification, testing, and protecting your primary inbox from spam. It is not intended for long-term communication or data storage.
03.Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Send, receive, or facilitate spam, phishing, or malware
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws
- Harass, threaten, or harm individuals or organizations
- Circumvent security measures of third-party services
- Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Create automated bots or scripts that abuse the Service
- Use the Service for fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
We reserve the right to block IPs or terminate access to users who violate these policies without prior notice.
04.Privacy & Data Handling
We take privacy seriously. The Service operates on a zero-knowledge, zero-retention architecture:
- No accounts or registration required
- No personal information collected or stored
- All email content is stored temporarily in volatile memory (Redis)
- All data is permanently destroyed when the mailbox expires
- We do not sell, share, or monetize user data
- We do not read, analyze, or process email content beyond delivery
05.No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Delivery of all inbound emails
- 100% uptime or availability
- Preservation of data for the full session duration
- Compatibility with all email senders or formats
06.Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MinuteMail, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
07.Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, code and materials relating to the MinuteMail service are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
08.Rate Limiting & Fair Use
To ensure equitable access, the Service enforces rate limits. Excessive mailbox creation from a single IP address may result in temporary throttling. These limits exist to protect service quality for all users.
09.Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
